By order of Governor Tom Wolf, the Walter Mark Agency (WMA) has been ordered to shut down our doors to the public and send our employees home. The insurance industry is considered a “non-life sustaining business”.
The WMA has been preparing for this reality. I am pleased to say that our service team of agents will be up and running remotely from our homes to service our clients. By 1pm on Friday, March 20th, the WMA will have full capability to answer calls, email, text messages and faxes from our remote home offices.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to process any cash payments. However, all other payments can be processed by calling our office or directly to the insurance company. Policy changes, ID card requests and claims will still be processed just as we have always done in the past. Bottom line is that the level of service will not suffer.
Again, we appreciate your patience during this stressful time. We extend our best wishes for good health.
